数字化制造中人机协同制造网络的研究与实现

移动人机协同网络(MHMCN)技术是在现代无线网络和通信技术的基础上,将移动计算技术引入到数字化车间制造中,文章通过MHMCN把人的基于形象思维、直觉、经验的判断决策能力同基于长期存储、快速计算、精确推理的机器智能紧密结合起来,使生产中的自然人转变为数字化人,以实现车间生产现场更加灵活可靠的人机协同决策和调度.

Research on mobile human-machine collaborative network applied in the shop floor digital manufacturing cell

The mobile human-machine collaborative network(MHMCN) introduces mobile computers into the digital floor manufacture system(DFMS) on the basis of modern technology of wireless communication and wireless local area networks. In the paper,the MHMCN is applied so that human intelligence, experience and logic judgement is tightly combined with machine's intelligence which is characterized as long-term storing, rapid calculation and accurate deducing, and natural human is converted into digital human,and thus the flexible human-machine coordinating and scheduling on the production site of workshops is realized.
