| 摘 要： | 一氧化氮（NO）广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程，不仅可以舒张血管，而且在体内是一种新型的神经元信使，并与部分疾病的发生有关。本文综述了NO在消化系统和心血管系统中的生理及病理作用，NO介导突触传递可逆性，NO与神经毒性作用以及NO介导兴奋性氨基酸的作用。

| Abstract: | Nitrous oxide extensively participates in physiological and pathological course of human body.It not only dilates blood vessel but also is a kind of new neuton message.It is relevant to cause of some diseases.In this paper,we present nitrous oxide's physiological and pathological effects on digestive and cardiovascular system.Furthermore,we report that nitrous oxide is a medium of reversible synapse transmission,has a toxic effect on nerve and takes part in the course of excited amino acid action. |
