摘    要:针对快速模具低压灌注成型的原理和工艺特点,建立了分析成型过程的计算模型,在一定假设成立的条件下将成型过程归结为二维非稳态有内热源的导热过程.并运用数值模拟方法,对影响成型过程中反应体系的温度、反应程度的变化及分布的因素进行了数值分析.其结果可提供有关工艺定性和定量的信息,对改进工艺和提高制品质量具有指导作用。

Abstract:Based on the principle and the technical characteristics of the low-pressure perfusion molding process that is applied to rapid tooling,this paper developed a mathematic model which reduces the molding process to a 2D and dynamic heat exchange process with an inner heat source.Then the simulation was done in order to analyze the change and distribution of temperature and reaction degree during the process.The results can provide the qualitative and quantitative information helping us to improve technics and thus to obtain the good quality of parts.
