中学数学教师继续教育效果的调查及分析

摘    要:从教师专业发展的角度,对在职进行继续教育的中学数学教师进行问卷调查和访谈,从中看出一些问题,得到一些启发:继续教育应着眼于教师各方面素质的提高;要注重教师的自我更新意识;继续教育应与职前教育、入职辅导结合起来。

Abstract:From the point of professional development of teachers, we investigate mathematics teachers in middle school that are receiving continuing education by questionnaire and interview. Based on the existing problems, we think that in continuing education, we should pay attention to the improvement of teachers' qualities and self-renew consciousness and continuing education should be integrated with pre-job education and guidance.
