摘    要:为提高纳米氧化锌脱硫剂的活性及避免对环境产生二次污染,采用均匀沉淀法制备出三元纳米锌基脱硫剂(CFZ),通过正交试验优化了脱硫剂的组分,利用XRD和TEM等对脱硫剂结构进行了表征,并对其室温脱硫性能及再生性能进行了研究。结果表明,当Zn、Ce和Fe的原子比为0.7∶0.01∶0.05时,其脱硫效果最佳,硫容为5.2%;由于掺杂物的存在,低温焙烧时,CFZ的粒径增幅不大,当焙烧温度升高到570℃时,其晶粒尺寸增大到46.8nm;硫化过程中氧分压为5%时,脱硫剂使用寿命最长为330min,且该纳米脱硫剂可直接通入空气进行连续5次的硫化/再生过程。

Abstract:Ternary nanometer zinc-based desulfurizer(CFZ)was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method.In order to improve the desulfurization activity and avoid secondary pollution in environment,an orthogonal test design was applied to optimize the components of CFZ.Two techniques,XRD and TEM,were used to characterize the structures of CFZ.The desulfurizing and regeneration performance of CFZ was then studied under ambient conditions.The results indicated that the sulfur capacity reached the maximum value of 5.2%...
