臭氧-过氧化氢联合浸出方铅矿

摘    要:在盐酸溶液中,以臭氧和过氧化氢为氧化剂、三氯化铁为助浸剂联合浸出方铅矿精矿制备氯化铅,考察各种操作参数对铅浸出率的影响.实验结果表明:搅拌速率为500r/min、氯化钠初始质量浓度为250g/L、反应温度为90℃、反应时间为180min、三氯化铁初始质量浓度为259/L、过氧化氢初始质量浓度为6.669/L、盐酸初始浓度为0.3mol/L、臭氧进口氧气流量为1.0L/min是臭氧-过氧化氢联合浸出方铅矿的最佳操作参数,此时铅的浸出率达99.5%,产物氯化铅纯度达99.6%.

Abstract:The lead chloride was prepared using ozone and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant to leach galena concentrate in the hydrochloric acid solution,with FeCl3 as leaching agent.The influence of all kinds of operation parameters on the leaching rate of lead was studied.The experimental results show that the optimum parameters are as follows: stirring rate is 500 r/min,the initial concentration of sodium chloride is 250 g/L,reaction temperature is 90 ℃,reaction time is 180 min,the initial concentration of FeCl3 is 25 g/L,the initial concentration of H2O2 is 6.66 g/L,the initial concentration of hydrochloric acid is 0.3 mol/L,and the oxygen flow rate at the import of ozone generator is 1.0 L/min.Under the above experimental conditions,the leaching rate of lead can reach 99.5% and the product purity of lead chloride can reach 99.6%.
