模糊综合评判原理在土建工程造价估算中的应用

摘    要:利用模糊数学中“综合评判原理”提出了一种土建工程造价的估算方法。即将土建工程抽象为若干工程特征,并将其量化,求出已建工程与待估工程的加权海明距离,并以此为依据估算出待建工程的土建造价。

Abstract:A new method Based on Fuzzy Mathematics for evaluating Construction cost ispresented here. By dividing the civil engineering into a series of engineering characters and quantify-ing them. The weighted Hamming Distance between builded engineerings and engineering to bebuilded has been ealculated with the help of Multicriteria Decisions Theory,and Based on that ,theconstruction cost of later engineering has been evaltlated.
