小功率开关电源的设计

摘    要:文中详细介绍了一款小功率开关电源的主电路、控制电路和高频变压器的设计方法。该款开关电源可应用于小型激光加工设备中,其性能稳定,安全可靠,输出电压能够在0V~10kV之间变化,并且体积小重量轻,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A small power switching power supply is designed by the electric-power and electron technique. The design methods of the main electro-circuit, the control electro-circuit and the high-frequency transformer are introduced in the paper. The experimental results of designed power-supply indicate that the power-supply can stably operate on the safe side, the output voltage can change from 0V to 10KV. The efficiency of power-supply is about 75%. The power-supply is small bulk and small weight, and it can be applied broadly.
