A small power switching power supply is designed by the electric-power and electron technique. The design methods of the main electro-circuit, the control electro-circuit and the high-frequency transformer are introduced in the paper. The experimental results of designed power-supply indicate that the power-supply can stably operate on the safe side, the output voltage can change from 0V to 10KV. The efficiency of power-supply is about 75%. The power-supply is small bulk and small weight, and it can be applied broadly.
