| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒对肝硬化门脉高压患者进行门脉血流动力学检测，结果表明治疗前门脉血流量增加，治疗１个月后重复检测门脉血流量明显下降，前后测值比较差异极显著（Ｐ〈０．００１）。彩色多普勒检测门脉血流动力学变化简单易行、无创，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | The portal bemodynamics in patients of liver cirrhosis associated with portal hypertension werestudied using Color Dopplor Flow Imaging (CDFI) before and after treatment. The results showed that the portal flow volume is increased before treatment and it is decreased after one month treatment. It is significant different in statistics(p<0. 001 ). This method is noninvasive and easy to use. It is well worth using in clinic. |
