摘    要:二氧化碳膨胀液体(Carbon dioxide expanded liquids,CXLs)作为环境友好的绿色溶剂,具有良好的气体溶解度、传质特性、低粘度、条件温和、有机溶剂用量少等突出特点,常表现出优于超临界二氧化碳(SCCO2)与纯有机溶剂的特性.应用Peng—Robinson状态方程(PREOS)对CXLs二元及三元体系的体积膨胀度进行了模拟计算.通过调节二元相互作用参数,使PREOS计算结果与实验数据吻合较好,表明PREOS能够预测多元体系的相行为.在此基础上,对溶解度增强因子进行了研究.

Abstract:Carbon dioxide expanded liquids (CXLs) have been considered as environmentally benign solvents. They present unique features of high gas solubility, good mass transfer, low viscosity, mild operation conditions, as well as less employment of organic solvents. Thus, CXLs usually show better performance than SCCO2 and pure organic solvents. The Peng-Robinson equation of state ( PR EOS) is used in this paper to model the volume expansibility of binary systems and ternary systems of CXLs. By adjusting the binary interaction parameters, the calculation results of the PR EOS have good accordance with the experimental data, which indicates that the PR EOS can predict the phase behavior of multi-systems. On the basis of this, the solubility enhancement factor was studied.
