| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对目前中学实施“体育与健康”教育中体育教师应具备的综合能力进行调查研究。结果表明：新的体育与健康教学模式对中学体育教师的综合能力提出了更高的要求，体育教师在教学中如何贯穿“以人为本、健康第一”的教学理念是目前顺利推行学校体育与健康教育的基础。

| Abstract: | By methods of documentation,questionaire survey and experts investigation, the synthetical quality for middle school physical education teachers in present education of SPORTS AND HEALTH is studied. The results showed that the new model of SPORTS AND HEALTH education has made a higher demand of synthetical quality for middle school physical education teachers and how to fully carriy out the idea of humanization and health first has been successfully promoted in the education process of SPORTS AND HEALTH in middle schools. |
