四辊轧机横向振动固有频率计算的改进

摘    要:采用静挠度曲线作近似振动型函数.用能量法解决了四辊轧机横向振动等效质量和等效刚度的计算问题.在等效质量的计算模型中既考虑了平动动能.又考虑了转动动能.计算的基阶频率与实测值甚为接近.

Abstract:This paper takes static deflection curves as approximate mode shape functions. Based on the energy method. the problem of caculating both equivalent "lasses and stiffnsses of 4-h rolling mill's transverse vibration frequency is sol-c,ted. Both the translational and the rotational energy of motion are taken into consideration in the caculation model. The fundmental natural frequency got from the theoretical model gives an excellent approximation compared with the value measured.
