| 摘 要： | 徐士林任职汀漳道期间,留下了一些断案记录,这些断案记录体现了如下追求:士子应成为社会的仪型,地方上的健讼风气必须得到抑制,对于社会发展中的纠纷的解决务求公正,以确立正确的社会价值导向,对前任断案草率、不公现象,通过周密细致的调查加以纠正,从而树立社会正气等,这些理念和实践都对当地社会治理产生了积极的影响。

| Abstract: | During Xu Shilin's tenure of office in Ting and Zhang prefectures,he left some documents about settlement of lawsuits.He thought that gentlemen must act as model of common people;and officials must restrain over-lawsuit mood.What's more,officials must settle those lawsuits justly so as to set up good mood of society and bravely correct those mistakes their former officials made.These thoughts and practice led some good effects to social administration. |
