| 摘 要： | 本文根据ACTG公布的两组数据320和193A建立了纵向数据半参数模型，利用改进的最小二乘局部线性核估计法得到了非参数部分的估计，从而对AIDS患者的服药疗效给出了量化评价，并对继续服药的疗效做了预测．
