番茄红素对D-半乳糖致老大鼠骨质影响研究

摘    要:本文研究了番茄红素对D-半乳糖致老大鼠骨质的影响.主要采用的方法是用D-半乳糖注射Wister雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型,对青年组、模型组、药物组和正常老龄对照组进行骨常规参数进行测定及比较.实验结果表明:D-半乳糖组骨密度、骨结构力学参数、生物力学参数、骨钙、镁、锰及羟脯氨酸含量均比青年组有显著降低(P<0.01),而骨磷含量,骨和血清碱性磷酸转移酶均比青年组有显著升高(P<0.01),这些变化与正常老龄对照组的变化趋势一致,并且比后者变化得更显著.相比之下,药物组在上述参数指标均比模型组呈现显著差异(P<0.01).故长期大量摄入D-半乳糖导致大鼠衰老同时可能诱发其发生骨质变化,而番茄红素可以预防或降低此类致老骨质变化的发生.

Abstract:Objective: Lycopene influence on D-galactose induced Osseous Changes of Rat.Methods: To cause aging,Wister rats were given injections of D-galactose for 5 monthes.They were randomly divided in four groups,including young group,model group,medication group and old group,whose osseous routine parameters were tested and compared.Results: Compared with young group,the BMD,structural power parameters of bone,biological power parameters of bone,bone calcium,manganese,magnesium and the content of hydroxyproline in the model group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).However,the content of bone phosphorus,the activity of bone and serum ALP were significantly raised(P<0.01).Those changes of the model group were the same as those of the old group,but those changes of the medication group significantly differed with the model group.Conclusions: The high does of D-galactose can cause aging and osteoporsis at the same time,but lycopene can reform D-galactose induced Osseous Changes.
