我国水环境非点源污染负荷估算方法研究

摘    要:我国已占水环境容量中,除了点源污染以外,非点源污染也占有相当比重.但目前以控制污染、改善水质为目的所实施的总量控制制度,主要建立在水环境的点源污染研究之上,基本未考虑非点源污染对水质的影响.为了把总量控制的思想引入非点源污染的控制管理中,非点源污染负荷的定量化研究势在必行,为此本文主要介绍了适合我国国情的非点源污染负荷估算的方法.

Abstract:Non - point source pollution also accounts for quite proportion in addition to point source pollution in our country's water environment capacity. Carried out total amount control system which is order to control pollution and improve water quality is set up in water environment point source pollution research rather than consider non - point source pollution basically. Fix - quantity research of non - point source pollution has to be imperative under the situation in order to lead the idea of the total amount control to the control and management non - point source pollution . So this paper introduces non - point source pollution loading estimation methods which adapt to the situation of the our country.
