| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国国情和路情,论证了当前我国发展高速铁路势在必行。在分析发展高速铁路经济效益的基础上,提出了我国发展高速铁路的模式和具体建议,并就发展高速铁路的有关技术政策提出了一些意见。

On the basis of analysing economic effect on developing highspeed railway, the ar(?)icle points out a model and particular sugyestion of developing high-speed railway, and makes some comments on the technical policy of developing high speed railway. |
