| Abstract: | In this paper we explain the characteristics and main pointsof design of homopolar tachogenerator, and give an example of using homo-polar tachogenerator for speed measurement. It shows that homopolar tach-ogenerator is a ideal speed measuring sensor of steady and transient quantity. |
