| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是一个集政策、福利、教育和金融的复杂混合工程，旨在帮助高校贫困学生完成学业，具有明显政策性的特征，但本质上属于商业性贷款，是一种以信用方式提供的个人教育消费信贷。曲靖师范学院为确保学校每一个贫困学生不因经济困难而辍学，积极开展了国家助学贷款等一系列资助贫困学生的措施和办法，建立了助学贷款运行机制，已取得一定的实效。

| Abstract: | The grant-aided loan from the nation is a complicated project including the policy,welfare education and finance. Aiming at help the impoverished students in the institutions for higher learning finish their studies,which clearly bears the character of a policy. However,it is really a kind of cameral loan and an educational consuming loan guarantied by the honesty. The policy has been actively carried not in Qujing Teachers College so that it will ensure that the impoverished students won't leave off school just because of the money and it has achieved a lot. |
