纳米粒子改善润滑油摩擦磨损性能机理的评述

摘    要:纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂的研究还处于起步阶段,虽然关于纳米粒子改善润滑油摩擦磨损性能的作用机理方面的报道目前有很多,但存在很大的争议并且还出现相矛盾的结论.本文基于根据纳米粒子具有室温超塑延展性的实验结论,以及纳米粒子作为润滑油添加剂的最新研究成果,提出了纳米粒子改善润滑油摩擦磨损性能的扩散蠕变机理.

Review of mechanisms of improving antiwear properties of lubricating oil with nanoparticles
Abstract:Nanocrystalline particles as lubricating oil additives still are in the initial stages of research. There are many reports about the study of the mechanisms of improving antiwear properties of lubricating oil with nanocrystalline particles. However, some conclusions are inconsistent and even contrary each other. Based on the conclusion that the nanocrystalline particles have superplastic extensibility at room temperature and the latest research results that nanocrystalline particles are as lubricating oil additives, the mechanism of diffusional creep is presented for improving antiwear properties of lubrication oil with nanocrystalline particles.
