| Abstract: | The third distribution is an important way to construct socialist harmonious society which advocates the leading position of philanthropic public welfare organization to do the third distribution of social resources and property.Therefore,in order to develop the third distribution,we are supposed to establish and perfect the culture,organization,mechanism of stimulation and supervision about it. |
