| 摘 要： | 农作物秸秆因具有保温隔热性能,自古以来就是一种良好的建筑材料。随着科学技术的进步,以农作物秸秆为原料的复合墙体材料制造技术已在中国得到发展。包括:平压法秸秆复合墙体、挤压法秸秆复合墙体、模压法秸秆复合墙体。笔者综述了3种墙体材料生产工艺、产品性能及其用途的研究现状和发展趋势。农作物秸秆墙体材料具有轻质、保温隔热以及吸音等特性,是一种理想的可用于室内或室外的建筑材料,在中国具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | As a heat insulation material,straws have been used as building material for a long time.With the improvement of science and technology,three kinds of straw-based wallboard have been developed in China: platen-pressed straw-based wallboard,extruded straw-based wallboard,and mould-pressed straw-based wallboard.The status and development of the manufacture technology,the properties and the possible application of straw-based wallboard in China were presented in this paper.It indicates that straw-based wallboard has characteristics of low density,good heat insulation and sound absorption.It is an ideal wallboard material used either in interior or exterior for buildings and has a bright future in China. |
