径向锻造终锻过程的流函数法解析

摘    要:径向锻造的终锻变形过程,因锤宽与坯径比较大,几乎包围了整个圆周,故认为变形主要发生在轴向延伸,它与拉拔,镦粗等变形相似,但受方向及变形特点又不相同,为了解决与初锻过程出现同样“跳卡”和分析锻造质量问题,采用了流函数法对进料量、锤头尺寸,形状等因素的,影响进行了理论分析,为径向锻造选择合适的工艺参数提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Mainly the workpiece in the final forging process of radial forging is deformed axially just like drawing orupsetting process but not the same in force acted direction and deformation feature.since the hammer heads used are of sogreat contact area that enclose nearly the whole circumference of workpiece of which the diameter has become larger. Tosettle up the "jumping-sticking" problem which also occurs in in inital forging process and to control forging quality. thestream function method is introduced in for the theoretical analysis of such influencing factors as feed pitch and the sizeand shape of hammer heads. The study provides a theoretical basis for choosing technological parameters applicable to radial forging.
