汽车无级变速器技术和应用的发展综述

摘    要:简述了无级变速器的发展历程与研究现状.从技术角度介绍了金属带式无级变速器的基本结构,比较了金属带与链条的结构和性能差异;给出机液控制系统和电液控制系统的原理及优缺点,以及新近开发出的滑移控制策略.总结了无级变速器的优势.从应用角度列举了核心厂商,调研了国内市场的主要无级变速器车型,给出国内外无级变速器汽车市场的发展预测;最后阐述了今后的发展趋势.

Abstract:Development history and research status of continuously variable transmission (CVT) is explicated. From technique aspect, the basic structure of metal v-belt CVT is introduced,then the structure and principle of the metal belt and chain is compared. The paper presents the principle and performance of the mechanical-hydraulic control system and electro-hydraulic control system, especially the slip control strategy developed recently. CVT advantages are presented. From application aspect, CVT key manufacturers are enumerated, and CVT automobiles in China market are summarized. Future CVT market potential and its development trend are predicted.
