| Abstract: | In enhancing and improving the leadership and raising the governance ability of Chinese Communist Party, no- Party representative can bring into full play domestic supervision under the new circumstance. This article analyses the current situa- tion of no-Party representatives during the new background of social development, discusses existing problems of supervision power and puts forward some measures for no-Party representatives to fully apply democratic supervision effect. |
