| 摘 要： | 微格教学在培养师范生教学技能方面发挥了重要的作用，但随着网络信息技术的发展，传统微格教学系统设计的缺陷也El益凸显。为此，必须对传统的微格教学系统进行整体性的设计，为师范生教学技能的培训提供新的模式和途径，充分发挥学生的主体作用，提高微格教学的效率和质量。

| Abstract: | Microteaching in the training Normal School students teaching skills plays an important role, but with the devel- opment of network IT, the defects of traditional microteaching system design have become increasingly prominent. For this reason, we must transform the traditional micro-teaching system design, offer new models and ways of normal students teaching skills, fully play the main role of students, and improve the micro-teaching efficiency and quality. |
