东莞大学生创业教育模式探析

创业教育承载着开拓就业市场、拓展高等教育格局、推动经济发展和区域创新体系建设的重要使命，东莞创业环境有着民营经济蓬勃发展，营商环境持续改善，社会融资环境较为良好，创业服务能力大幅提升的特点，但是，东莞大学生的创业存在愿望强烈但付诸实践较少，创业观念好转但创业能力不足，困难认识到位但破解方法欠缺，教育理念转变但师资投入不足，资源整合加强但前路任重道远等问题。因此，东莞大学生创业教育模式需要培养创业精神，优化课程体系，创新教育模式，整合社会资源，进而服务区域发展。

An Analysis of College Student Entrepreneurship Education Mode in Dongguan

Abstract The entrepreneurship education bears an important mission of employment market, expanding higher education pattern, promoting the economic development and the construction of regional innovation system. There are many characteristics of entrepreneurial environment in Dongguan. However, Dongguan college students are facing many problems, such as less entrepre- neurial ideas into practice, the insufficient business ability, lack of solutions, inadequate investment in teaching resources, etc. Therefore, entrepreneurship education mode of Dongguan college students need foster the spirit of entrepreneurship, optimizing the curriculum system and the education mode and integrating social resources to serve the regional development.
