| 摘 要： | 4′ 去甲基表鬼臼毒素与 2 ,3 二氯 5,6 二氰对苯醌在醋酸存在下进行反应 .反应温度在室温时可得到邻二酚衍生物 .当反应温度升高到 75℃时 ,则分离到萘衍生物 .本文分析了产物的结构并给出了不同条件下的可能反应机理

| Abstract: | 4′-demethylepipodophyllotoxin reacts with 2,3-Dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzo- quinone in acetic acid to afford a catechol derivative at room temperature and a naphthalene derivative at 75℃. The structural elucidation of these products is described and mechanisms for their formation are presented. |
