ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉末的制备及其性能的研究

摘    要:作者采用化学共沉淀法制备ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉末,在沉淀反应时添加表面活性剂作为分散剂.测试了粉末的物理性能,结果表明:表面活性剂吸附在沉淀物粒子上,有效地阻止了沉淀物粒子的团聚,所制得的粉末性能与乙醇处理工艺制得的粉末性能相近,这大大降低了氧化锆超细粉末的成本.

Abstract:Ultrafine ZrO2(Y2O3) powders are prepared by using chemical co-precipitation method.Surfactants arc added as dispersing agents during precipitation. The physical properties of powders are tested and measured. The experimental results show that absorption of surfactants on the precipitate particles will prevent them from agglomerating. The characteristics of the powders thus obtained arc found to be in agreement with those obtained with alcohol dehydration, thus greatly reducing the cost of powder.
