摘    要:利用磁控溅射技术制备了Tb14Fe86/Co双层膜.磁性测量表明,当金属Co的厚度小于30A时,Tb14Fe86层与Co层磁矩一致转动,Co的磁矩被耦合在垂直方向;Co的厚度大于30A时,出现了面内和垂直两磁性相的分离.在面内方向,无论金属层的厚度如何,Tb14Fe86/Co双层膜均出现了偏置现象,这是由于TbFe层与金属Co层之间的界面耦合,使Co产生了单向各向异性所致.

Abstract:Tb14Fe86/Co bilayer were synthesized in the magnetron sputtering system. The measurement showed that the spins of Tb14Fe86 and Co rotated consistently and spins of Co were pinned on perpendicular direction when the thickness of Co layer is under 30A. While the thickness of Co is over 30 A, in-plane and out-of-plane magnetization occure. The exchange bias phenomenon was found in all hysteresis loops of Tb14Fe86/Co bilayers when the magnetic field is parallel to the plane of the sample, which was attributed to the undirection anisotmpy of Co due to the coupling between ThFe and Co layers.
