含曲率结构裂纹的超声红外热波检测数值仿真

摘    要:针对含曲率结构中裂纹缺陷的检测,采用数值仿真方法研究了超声红外热波技术的可行性。建立不同曲率含有裂纹缺陷复合材料构件的有限元模型,在超声波的激励作用下,获得了构件表面温度分布图,实现了对裂纹缺陷的检测,并对比分析了构件的曲率对检测结果的影响。结果表明:超声热波方法可以应用于含曲率结构的裂纹缺陷检测,并且结构的曲率越大,检测结果越好。

Abstract:This paper aims to study the feasibility of the ultrasound thermal infrared wave technology detecting cracks of curvature structure. Finite element models of composite components curvature structure containing cracks were established, while stimulated by ultrasound, cracks are detected by the obtained surface temperature distribution, and the influence of the curvature on the detection result was analyzed. Results showed that the ultrasound thermal infrared wave technology can be applied to the detection of curvature structure-containing crack, and the greater the curvature of the structure, the better the test results.
