大掺量矿渣粉混凝土抗碳化性能的研究

摘    要:研究了用50%和70%(质量分数)矿渣粉替代硅酸盐水泥对混凝土力学性能和抗碳化性能的影响,对混凝土的碳化方程(X=Ktb)进行回归分析。结果表明:矿渣粉掺量为50%时,其混凝土28d抗压强度甚至优于硅酸盐混凝土,但碳化深度和碳化系数K随着矿渣粉掺量的增加而增加,b值则呈下降趋势,且在同一胶凝材料的情况下,K值与强度负相关。

Abstract:The influences of portland cement substituted by blast furnace slag powder (BFSP) in a high proportion (50% and 70%) on the mechanical properties and carbonization of concrete were studied, and regression analysis of the carbonation equations of concrete(X=Ktb) were conducted. The results show that when the content of BFSP is 50 %, the compressive strengths at 28 day of BFSP concrete are even better than Portland cement concrete while the carbonation depth and carbonation rate is increased with the increment of BFSP quantity added and the b value is opposite, there is a negative correlation between K value and compressive strength of concrete with same cementing materials.
