摘    要:对16MnR钢制薄壁内压短圆筒的承载特性进行试验研究,建立计算薄壁短圆筒屈服和爆破强度的经验公式。得到区分内压长、短圆筒的临界长度计算公式。研究表明:标准椭圆封头和碟形封头可提高16MnR钢制薄壁内压短圆筒的屈服和爆破强度;标准椭圆封头对薄壁短圆筒屈服和爆破强度的加强作用和范围比碟形封头的大和广。

Abstract:Based on test analysis about bearing characteristics of 16MnR steel thin-walled internal pressure short cylinder, established the experience formula about short cylinder's yield and blasting strength calculation, and a critical length calculation formula about the distinction of long and short internal pressure cylinder. Research indicates that: standard oval seal head and disc shaped seal head can improve the yield and blasting strength of 16MnR steel system thin-walled internal pressure short cylinder. The yield and blasting strength enhancement of standard oval seal head on short cylinder is larger and wider than that of disc shaped seal head.
