压缩生热试验机杠杆水平控制器设计

摘    要:以压缩生热试验机的杠杆水平控制系统为背景,针对杠杆对象参数时变且时变规律未知,固定参数的PID控制器难以适应的特点,设计了一种自适应比例控制器。在详细分析杠杆系统动态特性的基础上,根据系统动态过程的快慢,应用模糊推理实时改变控制器增益。实际运行结果表明,该控制器能适应试验过程中对象特性的变化,保证了水平控制的精度。

Abstract:An adaptive proportional controller is designed for gradient control of balance lever of flexometer, in which the parameter of balance lever is time variant and varying law is unknown, PID controller with fixed parameters cannot adapt for this condition. Based on the detail analyses of the balance lever, fuzzy inference is used to change controller gain according to the response speed. The practical running result shows that the controller can adapt the varying dynamic characteristic of balance lever, and the decision of gradient control can be insured.
