摘    要:卧式洗涤筒在脱水过程中的不平衡运转,易造成机体磨损,从而降低洗涤设备的使用寿命。采用注水平衡方式解决卧式洗涤筒在脱水过程中的运转不平衡,在卧式洗涤筒内侧均匀设置三个注水水箱,平衡衣物在脱水过程中的偏心质量;研究在理想注水状态下,滚筒脱水过程中的平衡理论分析,建立关于注水平衡系数的数学表达式;通过动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行仿真分析,研究注水平衡方式的可行性,为进一步研发注水平衡式滚筒洗衣机提供理论依据。

Abstract:The unbalance of operation of horizontal cylindrical washer in the process of dehydration will lead to abrasion of the equipment so as to reduce the lifetime of the washing equipment. The method of water injection is adopted to solve the problem, three water injection tanks which are uniform distributed can correct eccentric quality of clothes when horizontal cylindrical washer is in the process of dehydration. When in ideal injection condition, the balance theory of drum dehydration process is analyed and math expression of waterflood equilibrium coefficient is given in the paper. Using dynamics simulation software ADAMS to simulate the feasibility of water injection structure and eccentric quality on roller center, and the results can provide further theoretical basis for the research and development of waterflooding balanced platen washing machine.
