碳纤维/PMI泡沫夹芯复合材料的弯曲特性分析

摘    要:通过三点弯曲实验研究,得到了碳纤维/PMI泡沫夹芯复合材料的弯曲性能以及破坏机理。并采用逐渐累积损伤方法对泡沫夹芯结构弯曲载荷进行了预测,结果发现:模拟与试验结果较吻合,弯曲载荷误差为6.31%。研究结果表明:有限元数值模拟能够准确地得到泡沫夹芯复合材料在压缩过程中的损伤扩展,并最终预测碳纤维/PMI泡沫夹芯复合材料的最大破坏载荷和破坏趋势。

Abstract:The bending properties and the failure mechanism of the Carbon fiber / PMI foam core sandwich composites are studied by three-point bending experiment. The bending load of foam core sandwich composites were predicted by the way of damaging progression. It was shown that the numerical simulation and the experiment were quite agreement, the error of the failure load is 6.31%, it was also shown that the damage progression of foam core sandwich composites are accurately got by the Finite element numerical simulation during compression. And the simulation can predict the maximum failure load and destruction trends of carbon fiber / PMI foam core sandwich composite exactly.
