基于FPGA的数字量变换器测试台的设计

摘    要:设计了一种数字量变换器测试台对弹载遥测系统数字量变换器的性能进行全面测试。用来模拟火箭飞行过程中的一些状态信号来检测弹上的数字量变换器。测试台要求能够向弹上设备数字量变换器发送计算机字信号、带电指令信号及勤务信号(包括帧同步信号和码同步信号),并能接收弹上设备数字量变换器输出的,经变换的计算机字数码及带电指令数码。设计了统一的通信协议,上位机对测试台进行整体控制,分别控制操作命令的下发和数码的接收。在实际应用中,该数字量变换器测试台设计可行,能全面检验数字量变换器的性能。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design of digital-converter test-bench for the comprehensive performance testing of digital-converter that used in Missile Telemetry System, which used to simulate some state signal in the process of the rocket flight to detect digital-converter.The test-bench is able to send computer word signal, charged instruction signal and service signal ( include frame synchronizing signal and code synchronizing signal )to digital converter, and is capable of receiving computer word digital and charged instruction digital by the transform of digital converter. This paper design a unified communication protocol, and host computer entirely control the test-bench, which respectively control the sending of operation command and receiving of code signal. In practical application, the design of digital-converter test-bench is feasible, and it can entirely examine the digital-converter performance.
