低碳钢上纳米TiO2涂层的结构形貌与防腐蚀性能

摘    要:低碳钢上通过碱性发黑和热处理后再采用溶胶凝胶法与浸渍提拉法制备的纳米TiO2涂层具有一定的防腐蚀性能,光电化学效应在2.5wt%NaHCO3溶液中明显,但在3.0wt%NaCl溶液中不明显。这种方法制备的纳米TiO2涂层外观呈蓝灰色,SEM的表面形貌有大小不等的裂纹,XRD和XPS成分分析表明涂层表面主要由Ti、Fe和C的氧化物组成。

Surface composition and corrosion protection of nano-TiO2 coating on low carbon stee
Abstract:The surface composition and corrosion protection of nano-TiO2 coating on low carbon steel have been studied. The nano-TiO2 coating was prepared by sol-gel and dip-coating methods on low carbon steel after alkaline blackening and heat-treatment. The nano-TiO2 coating possesses performance of corrosion protection and Photo-electrochemistry. The Photo-electrochemical result of the nano-TiO2 coating is very well in 2.5 wt% NaHCO3 solution, but is not well in 3.0 wt% NaCl solution. The SEM micrographs show that the surface of nano-TiO2 coating is of some rifts. The analysis of XRD and XPS show that surface of the nano-TiO2coating was composed of oxides of Ti, Fe and C
