| 摘 要： | 利用新贸易理论的产业内贸易模型，从一体化组织内各成员国福利效应的视角，对为什么由发达国家组成的一体化组织均很成功，而发展中国家的一体化组织不甚成功这一现象，从理论上做出解释．本文的研究支持了发展中国家的区域经济一体化要慎行的论点，但并不否定发展中国家区域经济一体化的努力，关键是区域经济一体化不能影响全球多边贸易体制作用的发挥，否则对发展中国家而言得不偿失．
