| 摘 要： | 冷挤压成形是一种高效、无切削的塑性成形技术,具有生产率高、材料利用率高的独特优点.冷挤压成形技术的关键是冷挤压成形模具,它的加工制造要求较高,成本也高,不仅要有高的硬度和强度,还应具有高的韧性与耐磨性,以便提高模具的寿命.本文论述了采用 HCD 法在冷挤压成形模具上镀复 TiN 的试验结果,寻求提高模具寿命的途径,并简要分析了模具失效形式.

| Abstract: | In this paper experimental results about TiN courting on cold extrusion die is described.The lifetimes of male die increase by more than 2 timea.According to service results trod electron microscope observation,the failure forms of male die are related to following factors: hardness,toughness,adhesive strength of the coating,carbon content in substrate friction and abrasive wear. |
