私营企业与国有科研组织研发人员薪酬满意度的影响因素比较

基于私营企业与国有科研组织的所有权以及运营与管理体制上的差异,运用实证研究这2类组织的研发人员薪酬满意度的影响因素的差异性。研究结论：2类组织的研发人员对所在组织的收入分配制度的合理性、薪酬制度的竞争性、福利待遇的满意度以及高管层对研发人员的重视程度等4个指标上的得分均较高,对组织的奖金分配制度、研发人员的收入分配制度以及付出与回报的对等性等3个指标上得分偏低;2类组织的研发人员对薪酬公平性与非经济性薪酬方面的满意度存在显著差异,各指标的得分均为私营企业高于国有科研组织。

Comparison of Influencing Factors of R&D Personnel's Salary Satisfaction in Private Enterpises and State-owned Scientific Research Institutions
