| 摘 要： | 针对自动售货机常用结构,指出了结构安全机制和防护措施;应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对自动售货机的门体进行了碰撞仿真;根据对不同类型门的仿真结果提出了相应的采样点;通过监测采样点的应变值来监控自动售货机门的安全状况;最后给出了实际应用中的应变阈值,并通过实验进行验证.

| Abstract: | This paper aims at the structure of common use vending machine,points out the structure safety mechanism and the measure to protect vending machine;uses ANSYS software to emulate collision of vending machine based on the result of emulation bring forward some point to measure;and inspects the strain of the point to know the status of vending machine;gives some value of the strain in practicality. |
