| 摘 要： | 为了培养优秀的第六代土木工程师，结合我校的人才培养目标，强调教师在“教学改革与教学质量工程”中的示范作用，提出教师应树立良好的育才理念；并结合土木工程特点，强化创新的个性教育，重点培养学生工程素养、科学素养，完善对第六代土木工程师的培养。
