| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后,随着世界主要力量实力的变化和战略关系的调整,中国对世界多极化发展态势的认识发生了改变。而冷战后世界多极化固有的内在属性又使中国对世界多极化的认识呈现出一些不变的特质。面对世界多极化的历史必然性与积极作用,中国不仅高度重视推动世界多极化进程,而且确立了适宜的目标、方式与重点,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | With the change of the major world power and the adjustment of the strategic relationship,the understanding of China on the world multi-polarization trend is changing.The understanding of China on the world multi-polarization also has some invariant features because of the intrinsic property of the world multi-polarization.Face of the historical necessity and the active role of the world multi-polarization,China not only attaches great importance to promoting world multi-polarization process,but also establishes the appropriate target,approach and focus.These efforts have achieved good results. |
