| 摘 要： | 硫代葡萄糖苷是一种含硫的阴离子亲水性植物次生代谢产物,广泛分布于十字花科植物中,主要存在于植物的种子中。对硫代葡萄糖苷的分布,结构,降解产物和药理作用等方面进行了概述。

| Abstract: | Glucosinolates are anionic, hydrophilic and sulfur-containing secondary metabolites which are found in cruciferous plants, mainly found in the seeds of plants. This paper introduces the diversity,structure distribution, products of glucosinolates , and the pharmacologic functions. |
