阴离子掺杂TiO2气相光催化降解正己烷的研究

摘    要:利用钛酸丁酯水解浸渍方法制备了多种阴离子掺杂改性TiO2纳米催化剂并作了XRD,BET等表征,研究了它们对气相光催化降解正己烷反应的活性,并和阳离子K 掺杂TiO2、未掺杂TiO2及市售TiO2DegussaP 25作了比较.结果表明,在适当的掺杂浓度下,多数阴离子的掺杂对TiO2的光催化活性略有降低,但仍优于P 25,活性最差的是钾离子掺杂TiO2,H3PO4和NH4H2PO4的掺杂则对TiO2的光催化活性有明显的促进作用.

Abstract:The nanosized powder of negative ion-doped TiO_2 is prepared by impregnation with the precursor of tetra-n-butyl titanate, and characterized by XRD and BET. The photocatalytic activities of these doped TiO_2 are investigated for gas-phase degradation of n-hexane under 365 nm UV light, and compared with potassium-doped TiO_2, pure TiO_2, and commercial TiO_2 Degussa P-25. The results show that most negative ion-doping is somewhat detrimental to photocatalytic activity of TiO_2,but the catalytic activity is still better than that of P-25,and much better than that of K-doped TiO_2. It is also shown that doping with NH_4H_2PO_4 or H_3PO_4 can improve the efficiency of TiO_2 activity distinctly.
