汽车动力转向器转向力矩的分析与计算

摘    要:随着21世纪日益突出的能源问题和汽车产品的电子化发展,具有节省能源、结构简单紧凑等显著优点的电子控制式电动动力转向器将是未来汽车动力转向器设计的发展方向,针对这一应用要求,根据汽车转向机构的受力分析得到的转向力矩,对影响汽车转向力矩的主要因素进行了分析,并具体对与向心加速度有关的部分转向力矩的实验曲线用最小二乘法进行了解析式拟合。

Abstract:With the advent of increasingly prominent energy source crisis and the development of electronic products of automobile in 21st century, those electric power steering systems with the properties of energy-saving and packed structure suggest the direction of future designing.. Aiming at this practical request,the factors of effect on automotive steering torque are analyzed according to the steering torque that is got from the stress analyzing of the steering gear. Using least square fit,the analytic expression of the part of steering torque, which is related to centripetal acceleration, is gained in detail according to experimental curves.
