| 摘 要： | 管理创新是高校图书馆实现可持续发展的重要因素。面对信息环境下图书馆的巨大变革与发展，高校图书馆必须摒弃传统的管理方式，用新的管理理念建设图书馆：图书馆在可持续发展战略中既是信息的提供者，也是信息的使用者。图书馆立法是实现可持续发展的保障。

| Abstract: | The managerial innovation is an important factor of university library to realize sustainable development. In front of the huge variation and development of the library under information environment, university library must abandon traditional managerial mode and construct the library with new managerial concept. In the strategy of sustainable development, the library is not only the provider of information, but also the user of information. The legislation of library is the guarantee of realizing the sustainable development. |
