酸性皂土催化剂上硝酸对烷基苯的区域选择性硝化

摘    要:芳烃硝化反应研究的目的是建立更具有选择性的硝化方法,以满足环境质量发展要求,在酸性皂土固体酸催化下,应用硝酸硝化甲苯、等烷基苯时,能够提高烷基苯的地位选择性硝化能力,邻对硝化产物异构体比例分别为0.60、0.39、0.42和0.11较经典硝化方法结果明显降低。

Abstract:The main goal of modern nitration chemistry is to establish new methods for increasing regioselectivity of aromatics nitration in order to meet desirable environments.Para selectivities in nitrations of toluene,ethylbenzene,n propylbenzene and tert butylbenzene were enhanced by using nitric acid as nitrating agent in the presence of acidic bentonite catalyst.The ortho/para ratios in the compositions of nitroisomers were 0 60,0 39,0 42 and 0 11 respectively and far below as compared with classic nitration methodology.
