焊缝熔合区焊接热循环模拟计算公式的研究

摘    要:通过对埋弧焊及活性气体保护焊在不同规范、不同板厚、不同坡口形状及不同预热温度下的焊缝熔合区不同位置热循环的测定,了解和探讨了诸因素对焊接热循环及T_(8/5)r的影响规律。在此基础上,对传统的Rosenthal有限板厚点热源准稳定温度场解析式进行了修正,提出了热源位置应与焊缝横断面最高温度相对应、计算的反射级数应为1左右等新的看法,并确定了适用于低碳低合金钢计算的导温系数,同时解决了不同预热温度、不同坡口形状下的热循环计算。经过修正,计算的热循环曲线与实测曲线吻合较好。

Abstract:The welding thermal cycles at weld bead boundaries have been measured during submerged arc welding and gas shielded arc welding with different welding regimes, plate thicknesses, groove types,and preheat temperatures. Based on the measurement, the Rosenthal's formula for temperature field in the plate with finite thickness and point heat source has been revised some new considerations such as the position of heat source and the numbers of calculating progression are advanced ,and the thermal diffusivity for low carbon and low alloy steels is determined. The simulated welding thermal cycles well coincides with the measured ones.
